Get to Know Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey, you’re breathwork teacher. I wear many hats these days; I’m also a writer, marriage commissioner, wife and mother of four. Three of my kids are under the age of 6 so needless to say, my life is hectic.
In these past few years I’ve learned that while external exploration and help is great (I’ve done it all!), real Truth is found within, through the breath. Your breath is vital to healing and thriving. As Carl Jung wrote, “who looks outside, dreams. Who look inside, awakes.” This has never felt more true.
Since finding breathwork, my life has irrevocably changed for the better. My relationships have shifted in beautiful ways. I’ve found clarity in situations where I was once lost and I’m connected to Source/God/the Universe in ways I never thought possible.
For years I’ve searched for the “way” only to discover the way was within me this entire time. I only needed the right tool to access my Truth. For me, that tool has been breathwork.
When I’m not creating breathwork practices or teaching others the power of the breath, you can find me singing in my garden, reading a book (or seven!), biking around my small town or trying to keep my kids from fighting with each other while maintaining my sanity and remembering to breathe!

Honestly, I feel a lot lighter. I feel like this brought clarity to some things for me that I need to do for my well-being. AND I had a few things happen this week that I would normally go into a full anxiety attach over and likely cried, and even though I still have some anxiety over them, there’s been a huge difference.
I definitely think breathwork is something I need to start incorporating into my life. I still find the experience hard to explain, in a great way!”
